DRY ICE BLASTING
Dry ice blasting is a very proficient specialized cleaning method which is efficient and effective. The frigid temperature of the pressurized dry ice blasted against the material to be removed, causes the material to shrink making it loose adhesion to the substrate and it subsequently falls. Whilst this process is occurring, some of the dry-ice is also contact with the underlying surface, optimizing cleaning efficiency.
RIG currently supplies dry ice blasting to smelters, transformers, heat exchanger tubes, waste boilers, etc. and are able to remove paint, oil, grease, rust, asphalt, tar, decals, soot, dirt, ink, resins, chemical precipitates, etc
